Filing complaints
If my employer has already filed an complaint under local police station and I am in process of obtaining Anticipatory bail. Can they file another complaint?

No, for same offence. Yes, for some other and different offence.

there is no bar for filing complaints as such. if the complaint show any cognizable offence then they can file the complaint.
you can take anticipatory bail in all the matters if apply.
