i am filling one u/s 420ipc complant before policestation and now 37days are completed but policeofficer has ony issue 160crpc notice to otherparty but oterparty is not appered before policestation till tody and it is a cognitiable offienc then what can i do for ragistered statecase before police station

Approach Superior Police Officer viz. Supt of Police or Commissioner of Police.

Police Officer can go and investigate and take the statements from the person conserned.
Request him to do so, if not meet higher officers and court for proper inestigation.
