Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
If my fingerprints are on a document that has got forged signatures by someone else. Do you think i can be convicted of forgery just on basis off fingerprints ??

Hey, this is very technical question to answer and subject matter of trial. All we can say is that fingureprint on the documents having your signature is strong evidence suggesting that you have signed the said document and to counter that you may need more stronger evidence

It depends upon allegation leveled upon you. like if you have stolen and other signed then it is important or any link else irrelevant.
