Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Are fingerprints on paper enough to convict a person of forging signatures on that paper ? I mean it is possible that the forger might have asked that person to pick that paper or something like that to take his fingerprints on that paer nd then forge the signatures wearing gloves??
