fir against 414 case of purchase or laon on stolen jewels

did a jewels owner purchase a stolen gold or loan aginst him not notify about the jewel was stolen .

can i surrender the jewel to prevent or i have licence of gold loan and i have submit in police or court can u describe all the procedure of preventing them

Selling and purchasing of stolen propety is an offence. But in your case you seems to be not aware about the stolen property. So you can prove innocence but your purchased propety will be gone. May be saved...

As soon as you come to know that the goods being sold are stolen, you should inform the police.
