Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

second f.i.r. on one case

sir i just want to know that it is possible to lodge second f.i.r even first time police had been submitted final report on that case on first f.i.r.

can a fake person who had no concern with dead person since 1970.is he allowed to lodge an f.i.r. after death?

if we proove that the person who wants to lodge f.i.r. against us is dead and he was devorced by the dead person then it is allowed to lodge an f.i.r?

Second FIR is possible.

If you are accused, you need to adduce your proofs and evidence during trial at appropriate stage.

Anyone who is aware of commission of a cognisable offence can lodge FIR. Infact, it is the duty casted by law to report commission of cognisable offence.
