Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Hi, A FIR has been filed against my laws as they have harrassed me. but due to their influence they didn't file charge sheet. FIR was filed on april 2009. the case has been transferred to Antidowry cell. THE AComms. has asked to bring witness for writing in charge sheet. Even after the witness report they haven't filed yet. is there any time frame for submission of charge sheet. how do i ask them to file. The other party is in AB. will get cancelled once charge sheet is filed .

there s no fixed time frame for filing the charge sheet but you may ask the IO to expedite the matter and file the charge sheet faster.
