Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
F.I.R u/s 156(3) lodged against agent for issuing fake insurance. After 6 months the police replies that they shall file report to court that the insurance of vehicle was done in punjab and cannot be trial at Himachal Pradesh. The vehicle registered in Himachal Pradesh. Can I request the court not to cancel F.I.R and transfer the same to punjab or case be trail at Himachal pradesh keeping in view the vehicle registered at HP
