Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
There was an FIR lodged against me under 403, 408. I am innocent but Upon police investigation and charge sheet filed in the summons i have received i have been charged under section 420 r/w 34 I.P.C . Please help me to understand these charges. Also can this charge-sheet be squashed by u/s. 482 of the Cr.P.C.

420 is forgery and 34 is club of persons. Means you make forgery alongwith some other persons also.
About quashing, without going though FIR and profs you have, nobody can make any comment about its quashing. plz send your copy of FIR.
It appears that initial complaint was for offence of criminal breach of trust and upon investigation, a report of offence of cheating was submitted and court has issued process.
It would be advisable to approach the sessions court first, before approaching the high court.
