Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I HAVE A FLAT WHICH I SOLD TO SOME ONE AND THE agreement for sale WAS REGISTERED ans as per the document i have received the payments but he has promised to pay me the amount afterward but now he refuse to pay the money ?
