Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Food inspector took milk sample from my shop on 6 Dec 11, some people filed the FIR against me for noxious milk under IPC Sec 272/273, which has max imprisonment of lifetime. Police arrested me, I got bail.

After 2 months milk report came saying Fat is full but Milk powder less than 5. Food inspector registered a case in court sec under 7/16 food Adulteration Act, which has maximum imprisonment of 6 months.

So,Do i need to take the bail again for the same case, if court summons me for the second case.? ( Means two time bail of the same sample)

If I don't need bail for second time for the same sample then please let me know which section of laws say this (means under which section of law I don't need to take bail of the same case twice).

Thanks in advance

Provisions relating to regular bail contained in sections 436, 437 & 439 provided for release of an accused in an "offence".

An offence may be an offence under one section or many sections.
