Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

*My forge sign is present in a photostate document ( orignal is placed in govt office) which is available in a juditiol file...

*I took certified copy of said document and got private handwriting expert report that signature is forged...

*I want to submit said handwriting expert report for the purpose of frming of chrges .

Is said photostate handwriting expert report is reliable in view of court by law ?

*After framing of charges I will request to court that sent forge documents to govt cfsl lab for opinion which is placed in govt cfsl lab..|

Is my method and way is right ?

the evidence can not be led at the time of framing of charge. at the later stage when you are questioned u/s 313, you may lead evidence.

you have to proceed your evidence at the time of evidence submitted by you.
