Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
someone forged my fathers signatures and used that document for his beneficiary purposes and now refuses to represent that original documents by saying those document are misplaced but i have photostat copies of that documents and i verified my father's signature through an ex forensic lab affiliated by BPRD,CCMB,university of hyderabad and is ISO 9001 certified which shows that documents have forged signature on it.plz tell me
a) what should i do?
b) how can i have the original documents?
c) can FIR be launched on the basis of photostat copied of the forged documents(as on reports of ex forensic lab)?

photostat cannot be compared by an expert to form an opinion. first you have to seek permission for secondary evidence.
