Re: forgery cheating
what the age has to do with the bail??
bail depends on various grounds but age only is not the ground.
Re: forgery cheating
For getting bail, you need to file your bail application before concerned court.
Re: forgery cheating
The law regarding grant of bail is discretionary and depends upon the facts of each case and can not be generalised. However, there are special provisions in Cr.P.C. dealing with the grant of bail to old age persons, women and children under which they can seek bail as a special case, however there are no special provisions in the case of middle aged person. Further, there are no separate provisions for grant of bail to persons charged with offences of cheating, forgery etc.
Re: forgery cheating
There is no seperate provision in CRPC for granting bail to old age or middle age person. For all age person the provisions are same
But old age can be one of the ground which can inspire the court to grant bail.
