Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

forgery/cheating case against citibank

i got my new maruti zen car delivered on 26-12-2001.instead,the dma of citibank manipulated the agreement and changed the date of agreement as 16-01-2002,instead of 26-12-2001.the citibank filed cheque bounce case against me,given as blank security cheques for 26-12-2001 loan agreement.during cross examination of citibank, the complainant did not put into court record the copy of agreememt dt.16-01-2002,despite numerous opportunities..now,i am procuring the copy of agreement directly from citibank,as i smell something fishy and due to some forgery/cheating in the case.should,i make complaint directly to police for copy of forged agreement.there is no trace of original,as it is said to be with citibank at chennai.or else, what i should do.i had already pleaded in court that i have no copy of agreement dt.26-01-2001 or 16-01-2002.please guide me.the citibank power of attorney is residing in chandigarh.
