Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Frame under ipc 467. Accused is working in office where boss is making money with fraud. all the money goes in the boss pocket and accused is getting only salary. Boss opened account with different name in bank and under the scheme asking to deposit the money in his bank account ..... and so on... Political higher authority loss their money in this place and police raid the office and pick up the accused also under criminal offence. Crime branch charged ipc 467 for forgery of document and frame the accused under ipc 420,467 etc. Now 60 days will be over in the next week. Still chargesheet is not presented in the court, expected in the next week.. how to get bail ? In this case, computer literate lawyer is required.

in this case the court should not avoid the bail of the accused but if refuse than you should file the fresh bail application with fresh circumstances if the police did not file the charsheet with in 90 days than under section 167 crpc the bail can be granted to the accused
