framing charges

in a criminal case questing under sec 313 was done first and later charges were framed my friend says it is not proper. any irregularity in this instant case/? if yes what can be done by the accused?

Examination of accused U/s.313 is done after completion of evidence of prosecution. Check record for correction position.

yes, the statement u/s 313 is done only after the prosecution evidence and no before the filing of charge sheet. it is not improper but also in contravention with criminal procedure code.
