Fraud Case

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am in a very serious problem. I am telling U in details.

I know a lady working on UBI (United Bank Of India). She knows that my financial condition is very poor and I am trying to get a job. On November 2006 she told me that if I can give her Rs120000 then she will give me a job on UBI. After thinking the matter I became agree with her proposal. On 12/11/2006 I gave her Rs120000 and she give me a signed hand note written that �if she will not able to give me the job within 4 months then she must return me the money any how�. And I can�t get any job till now and she is not returning me the money. She requested to give her 5 months more to return the money.

I am very helpless and pour. Please Sir help me. Please advice me that how can I recover the money, what legal action can b taken against her.

Consider filing a complaint with police for deception and cheating practiced by the lady on you.

You have your own axe on your leg. How could you give a person money on such assumption that you will get job.

There are plenty of procedure to get job, if that is how one get job, then no body would be unemployed in country.

NOw if u have that written note of her handwritting, then file complialnt for cheating, fraud etc.

Also try to file suit for recovery of amount on the basis of that written note.

Mind civil trial take lot of time.

immediately file a fraud and cheating case against her but make some other grounds as this ground will not fetch you the result.

You are got cheated and defrauded by the lady.Firstly lodge a complaint with local police complaining the fraud and cheating commited by the lady nad then file a recovery case claiming your ammount on the basis of her handwritten note.Consult a lawyer of your vicinity/area.
