Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

fraud by citibank
i entered into loan agreement with citibank on 26-12-2001.the citibank filed cheque bouce case against me,but failed to deposit loan agreement copy in the distt.courts,chandigarh.i too filed suit for mandatory injunction restraining citibank not to misuse post dated cheques and provide me copy of loan agreement.
but,to my utmost,i received today copy of citibank loan agreement and found that my signatures are forged,impersonated on the loan page in which the loan term and amount has been written.also,the there is on loan agreement date on the said page,which was attested at chennai,but i made the agreement,alongwith guaranter at chandigarh.
now,the citibank power of attorney is in chandigarh.
what i should do.i have only xerox copy of the forged page.
should i file police complaint u/s 419,420.467.469.471,120-B.Please advice.

One can file complaint with police for offence of forgery. During the course of investigation, police will seize the original forged document.
