One of my friend accused under section 304 a, is it possible for him to go abroad for job ??

Check terms of bail. If necessary, obtain permission of court.

Whether case is pending or not? I think so he may be in bail and expecting summons from court for appearance
If your friend not appeared before court on summons, the court may issue Non Bailable Warrant
Better advice your friend to go abroad after trial. Case may also end soon.
