Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
One of my friend has been arrested on one cheating case and case has been filed under 419 and 420. His bail has been rejected by lower case and now we have moved to high court. I want to know will he ever get bail ? he is already in the jail for the last 2 months. We are spending money like anything but some high profile pressure is working against him. Pls suggest.

Offence of cheating is not an serious offence and you may consider approaching the court superior to court who rejected bail.
