Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
my friend has done attempt to murder but he was released on bail but he didnot attent the date of court so right now he is in tihaad jail, i want ti know would he be released out of the jail or not?

you need to file an application for grant of bail by assuring the court that he would attend the court regularly.
