my friend facing ipc section 506 324 323 if antycipatory bail will garnts in court?

all are bailable offences unless your friend is booked under part 2 of section 506 of IPC.

Sec324 is non bailable so your friend has to apply for anticipatory bail before a Sessions Court or High Court. If one section is non bailable then all the sections becomes non bailable.

i agree with Mr. Rajiv Gupta. section 324 is still bailable and the amendment vide Notification No.S.O. 923 (E)File No.2/5/90-Judl Cell (Vol. VIII)Date.21 Jun 2006 is not effective as on date.
