Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
my friend got judgement in cheque bounce case as one year imprisonment with 20 lacs fine. he don't have so much money and if he try to pay by making loan he will finish so what he should do?His father is very old 87 years and he own self builded house. but if he tried to save his son. both will be in problem. if his father sale his house, the family will be on road.

Consider suspension of punishment by filing an appeal.
