Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
One of my friend ran away from his home with his girl frined, who was 17 years old. They were traced by girls parents and gril was forced to made a false statement of abduction and rape against my friend and one of his relative. His relatives name was not in first two FIRs but he was also arrested due to false statement of girls. He got bail after 15 days. But my friend did not get bail even after 3 months beacuse the girls is in pressure and repated his same staement court also.
what are the chances of my friend getting bail from high court ?
How strong the case agaist his relative because only girls statement is agaist him and no other witness against him ?
