Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
my friends brothers wife commited suicide and her parents filed acase against on my friend and his wife and wife brother and her parents.they filed 498a sec and dowry harrasement on them.how serious the case is and they do get the bail and how long the case will sustain.

in case it is just 498a, the bail is easy but in case section 304B is also included in the f.i.r., then the bail process may take long and result in harassment of your friend and his family.
