My neighbor request me 4 my byk 4use I handed bykAfter sometime I asked him to return the bike but hegave assurancethat enginehas brakedown needs fixup n said I give u after fixup by givingexcuses he fooledme thro a commonfrnd I knowthat by forgering the signature on transfer papers he approachedRTOfor transfer of bike in his ownname.I went to accused asked for mybyk but he was showing her big body n chest and with 2 friends he thereatened me thatdont call policeotherwise I kill u..RTO refused transfer due to mis match.signature.I m thin boy. I went to police and taken complaint but police took no action.After 1 month 5 day,s and he gave crosswritten complaint againstme that he purchased byk from me and I Sined sell latter in presence of 1 wittness also he gave this complaint after 3 months 22 days afterthe refusal of RTO .IO recorded statement before registration of FIR u/s161 cr,p,c where he said that I Sined selllatter in presence of 2 wittness.He is taking plea of 2 keys n copy of liceance.I handed 2keys n original papers that he should not face any problem in driving.I dont know where hegot copy of liceance.Is my complaint is prima-facie?

Is neighbour complaint is counter blast?Due 2 false aligation I want FSL order.

You may go for FSL order.

In connection to the same you may file a civil suit for recovery of your bike.

You may apply for FSL testing also. However, the facts do not appear to be in the same order as they might have actually happened. The police may present both the versions to the court.

You may consider filing a civil suit for declaration of your title over motor cycle, claiming back possession of the motor cycle; and damages for use and illegal possession as also illegally depriving you of your property.
