Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

I gave money to one my friend's friend and now he is not giving it back.

I have an online neft transaction as the only proof that I gave him money.

Please let me know if that

1. Neft transactions are legal proof of money transfer to someone

2. My friend's friend needs to prove in court why I gave him such a huge money through neft

What are the chances of gettin money back and how much time it usually takes ?

Bank transfer is a valid proof of financial transaction and you may file a suit for recovery.
