Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I gave my two wheeler to mechanic for selling 2 years back,he sold that vehicle and didn't give money till now,receantly i checked aptransport website in that it showing my vehicle is not trasfered, rc shows my name only, shall i put a police case now please give me a advice,how can i approch. how police will respond.

i suggest you that you may approach your near RTO office of the concern and give your details and vehicle detailes which you have sold and fill up the vehicle transferred form and take the acknowledgment from the RTO offers.you should keep that acknowledgment very carefully for future. The Police Complaint regarding this is not necessary other than complaint filed against you.
