Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I had a girl friend before my marriage. The relationship was only for around 3 to 5 months. Now after 6 yrs her husband has come to know about this and he is calling me and sending threatning sms of killing me. After marriage we both have nether met or talked. i tried talking to him and make him understand the situation. he is not listening and is constantly threatening me. please suggest what should be don???
