Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

My girlfriend's rich wealthy father is intimidating me times and again to pay the money his daughter send me for the treatment of my old parents. She sent it willingly on her own and there was no questions of repaying her back. However as things ended between us, now she and her father are sending me emails, texting me and calling me giving me pressure to repay the amount within a day or two or they would file a criminal case against me. This is taking a heavy toll on my health, my old parents health and my work. Please advice what should I do. Your advice would be highly appreciated. Regards, (She did not send the money on her name but through some other names whom I had never met or know personally).

plz provide more detail how she send the money and how you receive like cheque, cash, dreaft or else.

If she can prove that she has paid you money than you have to repay the same otherwise vice versa.
