Does a girls age (>18 or 16-18yrs) affect any way to cross examinination ?

One person was loving a girl and run away from home latter girl found by her parrents and boy was arrested by police. When this happend girl was 17 years 10months and gave false statement implicating boys relatives for kidnapping and boy for rape. Now girls is 18 years old and girl repeated his same statement in court but cross eximination is supposed to happen in next hearing. So, does her age helps any way in cross examination. Or really court do not aquit innocents?

Her cross examination would not help you at all and you must engage a good criminal lawyer because you could get into trouble otherwise.

cross examination, in the present case is very important. your lawyer may compel the girl to speak the truth during her cross examination. you may also collect the proofs of her age.
