Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
If some give some abuse to a person publically than under what section of IPC or CrPC can the person be trailed and in which court. Does section 107/151 CrPC can be levied on the person making abuse publically

For abusing publicaly attracts IPC and you can file case for DEFAMATION.
107/51 will not help you.
