good morning
-village case: what would happen to the groom If he married a girl being a minor (15 years old) and he's older (28 years old) and she's now pregnant? would he be sent to prison for this? or continue married with the girl and taking care of future baby? he's a foreigner on tourist visa and she's indian village girl (they living in my village and he asked me for help since I have access to internet at town), what can he do? what would happen to him? he's from Mexico and the marriage was not registered.

Child marriage is an offence. However, in villages this is usual practice and unless somebody makes a complaint, no offence is registered.
