Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Can a government official have two signatures. In one place he has signed as proceeding officer (mandal revenue officer) and on later date he certifies the same proceeding as true copy with different signatures.

in case both the signatures are present in official record with his employer, it may not be improper.
