how U.S. government shelters a defaulter who abandones one wife and two children n runs away without a legal separation shunning away all his resposibilities and settles in usa with a new wife n children past 40 years...can sumone pls guide n help me

file a case of bigamy in India and the court will summon him to appear in India and answer and once he will be involved in case then US govt can take action.

There is also a principle of law known as "delay and latches"; if one could sleep over the matter for 40 years, the law may not help. appropriate action was required in due course. the law may not reach a sleeping /dormant victim.
