our grand father is having big property in village and due to villager fear he run away to leave his property, we want to take again those all property which is legally we are eligible,
kindly let us guide to find the way and claim our family property.

your property is situated in which place and how long your grand fatehr left that village. did u have any proof ?
Coz if it more than 12 years then might be local people have occupied that property.
