Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

My grandfather is against my father, mother and me. He always threatens me to file a false complaint of threatening to kill him. Also says that he will kill himself and will leave in written our names as the person responsible for it. please help me with suitable legal remedy as it is a great mental torture.
