Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I was granted bail by sessions judge. later on bail was cancelled for non fulfilment of a condition . can i file revision petition in high court?

You should fulfll that condition and apply for bail again to the Sessions Court. If your bail is declined by the Sessions, even after fulfillment of the condition, you may approach the High Court.
