I am doing human resorce management from delhi univarsity.I am accused in 420/406 case.Till date Im not arrested.Can I get bail on student base in non bailable sections 406/420.

You may seek bail on the merits of the allegations but not on account of being a student. On the contrary, being a student, the court sympathy may go against you.

For appropriate opinion, you may send a copy of the FIR.

It is very difficult to give opinion without reading the FIR. So far as benefit of student is concerned, it will against you. Bail can be sought on merits rather sympathies.
