Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
what happened in that case if some one have a case of crime and he has been selected for the governement services. how to solve it please give your opinion. case is releated to ordinary fight with neighbour
but neighbour is not ready to compromise in that case what i will do.

try to convince him as far as possible for a compromise otherwise you only have a option to defend the case and prove yourself innocent.
