Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I was being harrassed continuously for a mutual divorce for the past one year. In the month of march a mutual divorce was filed amongst false allegations made by third parties and an advocate. Can i file a suit for defamation against the advocate and third parties? The decree has not been granted.

You may withdraw your consent before decree is passed. I would not advise multiplying litigation by filing suit against third parties or the advocate.
