Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I havegiven a loan by ch to Pvt Ltd company in Mumbai my bank A/C was in Mumbai.. A PCD given for repayment.Now I am shifted to Gurgaone and got a Bank A/C in Gurgaone. The ch deposited in my Gurgaon A/C got bounced . Question In this case the jurisdiction for the 138 case can be done at Gurgaon.
