Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I heat aperson who is my college friend against his abuse language.then he lodge a complain to the police station ....if there is any problem for me?what steps will taken against me?And what will I do now?

depends upon the sections under which the f.i.r was lodged. in case the sections are bailable, you may seek bail from police station and in case they are non bailable, you may have to file an application for seeking anticipatory bail.
