Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Hello,
A False criminal case based on allegation of misuse of funds is pending against me. The prosecution is not able to prove the allegation and the case is nearing completeion. However I need to travel abroad next month and i need a reissue of my passport. The court soes not provide any 'no-objection' certificate as asked in the passport appliaction form. What am i to do?

move an application before the trial court and in case the application is disallowed, file a petition before the high court.
