Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Hello,
I made a stop at payment in the month of march 2012, it was misplaced at the time of registration, now in nov 2012 i got summons from court Sec 138 of NI act with out prior notice. Please advice me what to do further. Can i make FIR in the police station regarding cheating?
