I am Sumit vasudeva.

5 years back i had an affair with a married women and we went to spend some holidays and at that time i was unmarried. Her brother from Jaipur, lodged a complaint against me that i kidnapped her and threat her to kill her kid, which is just a false allegation.

When we came back and surrender in Jaipur, she gave "byan" to police that i went with my consent and he didnt forced me and this was "byan" which she gave in front of S.P there. After 3 days during 164 byan, she changed and said that i was kidnapped and threated. Her husband also knows me since we both met and i went to there home so many times. Her husband, mother in law, her sister in law, father in law, her friend and owner of hotel where we stayed, all these people in our(my) favour as there "byan" states that they guys know each other from beginning and were good friends.

We still have that phone with us in which we have all her messages stating that she loves me, friendship messages and much more from her phone which she was using at that time.

Now, we are in delhi and this case is in jaipur and we are tired of this false allegation. All the proofs are our side and favoring us.

We also want the judge to go for lie detection test because as far as we know court always looks for proof(which they dont have to proof me that i am wrong and kidnapped/threat) her and we want that once lie detection would be done, since i am right on my path that i have not kidnapped/threat her, this would be a strong part on us. We want to take this to you for guidance and help. We want that girl to take lie detection too because she is lying. Judge will come to know who is wrong and who is right.

We are true and to save ourself we would like to take this to Prime minister or Media too because i dont want a sentence or charge against me because my life and career would go for a toss.

Please suggest me what should be done. I also want to tell you that we also applied for this case in high court and they clearly stated that this case is quashed and anything that lower court do should hear both the parties because we(sumit) have all the proofs favoring him and not girl.

This case is now in lower court again for review and i am afraid that judge might not give his wrong decision.

Please suggest that can i go to media to help me out of be a practitiner in person for this case.
