Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Hello,
One of my friend got married three years ago.She sent her hubby my photo and wrote her name in my photo with the help pf computer and sent it to her hubby.But she did not inform me that she was using my photo.But now when they have problem her hubby showed me the email where she sent him my photo and wrote her name in my photo.Can i lodge criminal case against her for using my photo without my knowledge though i did not suffered or affected?

Issue a lawyer notice to your friend with copy to her husband demanding the reason why she did that. Then file a police complaint if no reply or if reply is not satisfactory.
