Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Hello,
Rahul here.
I had transferred all my share and power to the person who had helped me in financial critical condition. I transferred it with a condition that he will transfer all my shares and power back to me when I will pay his payment back. i TRANSFERRED IT IN GOOD FAITH.
Now I am ready to give his payment back but he is not responding to me and gives menace me that he will not allow me to enter in the company and will hit us if we try to do so.
He has cheated me and want to take my 5 crore property in 1.50 crore.
What to do?
Please reply.
