Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
hi,after my husband got arrested after i filed fr 498a,then he got bail within 2 days in the condition that he shall apear before the I.O till the final form,but i got information that he was nt apear and police help him,now he is at hydrabad.so i hav asked his personal aperance through RTI,so next day I.O send her pray to district court fr cancelation of bail.my Q is if i shall meet with PP fr this mater,what is the procedure to cancel,i want this information becoz all tried to make me fool regarding case matter,as my father was expired and no backbone to support me.
